Job Title: Dynatrace Admin - Integration Expert

Description:
Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner
• Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response
• Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Fresh service).
SKILLS_REQUIRED
• 10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability.
• 7+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience.
• Dynatrace SaaS Administration
• Dynatrace OneAgent Deployment & Management
• Dynatrace Tagging & Management Zones
• Dynatrace Workflows & Automation
• Dynatrace APIs
• Alert Configuration & Event Management
• ITSM Integration (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira)
• CMDB and Asset Management Integration
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Kubernetes / OpenShift Monitoring
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash
• REST APIs and JSON
• Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience
