Summary: This is a permanent, direct hire position to lead a team of Tier 1-3 support across the organizations's network infrastructure at it's locations in Southern New York/Northern Pennsylvania region Onsite 3-days per week in the near term (flexibility as confidence in the team grows) Although this is a management position, the right candidate must still be technically sound in order to mentor a group of new Engineers Will provide relocation assistance The Manager of Network Management and
