HR Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple HR Technology initiatives focused on replacing legacy HR service delivery capabilities and implementing new SaaS solutions across employee services, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and related HR functions.

This role will own project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinate external software vendors and professional services teams, manage schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, testing, and executive reporting, and partner closely with HR, IT, and Workday teams.

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project/program management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong HR Technology / HRIS project experience
• Solid knowledge of core HR business processes and terminology
• Experience managing SaaS implementations, platform migrations, or HR technology transformations
• Workday experience or strong familiarity with Workday environments and integrations
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience
• Experience managing UAT, functional testing, deployment readiness, and go-live activities
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive accountability across internal and external teams
• Strong executive communication, status reporting, RAID management, and project governance skills
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus

Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Freshworks/Freshservice, Click Boarding, Pulpstream, employee case management, leave management, onboarding platforms, or related HR technology solutions is helpful but not required.
