Description: Remote Our client seeks an Operational Reinsurance Leader to direct end-to-end reinsurance operations across a complex multi-entity platform. The role focuses on treaty and facultative administration, bordereaux processing, data ingestion and reconciliation, and settlements with cedants and brokers. The leader will partner with Finance, Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, and Risk to ensure accurate reporting, sound controls, and scalable processes. The position requires deep reinsu
