Extensive experience implementing or supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large, complex enterprise environment.
Senior-level business systems analysis experience with requirements, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.
Experience supporting one or more PeopleSoft HCM areas, including Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
Experience with data conversion, implementation readiness, cutover, and stabilization for new business units, locations, or populations.
Experience troubleshooting complex issues using SQL and functional analysis.
Strong facilitation, documentation, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience onboarding organizations or locations to a shared PeopleSoft HCM and payroll platform.
Experience with Excel to CI, Component Interfaces, data conversions, mass data loads, and reconciliation.
Experience with enterprise integrations, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, APIs, and PeopleSoft-to-cloud integrations.
Experience with Approval Workflow Engine, roles, permission lists, row-level security, and security design.
Experience supporting payroll parallel testing, General Ledger interfaces, or large-scale ERP modernization initiatives.
Experience with large enterprise HR and payroll implementation.
