Key Responsibilities * Engineer Solutions: Develop best practice standards for our on-prem Redis database implementation and assist our internal customers with meeting their technology and business requirements. * Drive Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and technologies to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in software engineering practices for our Redis on-prem database solution. * Technical Escalation: Provide Tier-3 support by assisting our SR
