Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Engineer Solutions: Develop “best practice” standards for our on-prem Redis database implementation and assist our internal customers

with meeting their technology and business requirements.

* Drive Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and technologies to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in

software engineering practices for our Redis on-prem database solution.

* Technical Escalation: Provide Tier-3 support by assisting our SRE and L2 Operations team to resolve complex problems.

* Ensure System Reliability: Leverage your software development and problem-solving expertise to create automation tools and runbooks,

enhancing the reliability and stability of the Redis on-prem database.

* Participate in On-Call Rotations: Be available for occasional weekend on-call shifts, providing critical support and ensuring service reliability
