About the Role We are looking for strong engineers with a mix of backend development and DevOps skills, who have built and scaled real products. This is a hands-on individual contributor role not a management position. The focus is on people who have worked in product companies and understand how systems behave in production, not just in theory. What You ll Do Build and maintain backend systems and services Write clean, production-grade code (Python preferred) Work with containerization and or
