Learning Consultant - Develop and document e-learning content for MaineIT's programs, processes, and procedures for inclusion in the new Lumen Learning Management System (LMS). - Evaluate and prioritize content creation requests based on business needs and scope, and present these to the Content Development Team. - Build and nurture relationships with various departments and state agencies to improve training enrollment and identify learning needs. - Create clear, accessible documentation of
