job summary: SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. End user access management and user support for AEM Assets a. Access troubleshooting i. Adobe Admin Console and Active Directory (i.e. basic back-end troubleshooting) ii. First line of support for end users access issues (i.e. front-end troubleshooting/tech support) b. Train users on how to use the platform i. Including update existing and creating new training documents and job aids c. Track requests, provide reporting and analysis
