Responsibilities 1: Support and manage asset management services, ensuring seamless integration between CoStar, ServiceNow (or similar enterprise service platforms), and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP). Configure and maintain workflows, incident management processes, service requests, and related functionalities for asset operations and lifecycle management. Provide second- and third-level application support, including troubleshooting issues, diagnosing root causes, and resolving incidents
