Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Python.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, IVR, conversational AI, AWS services, and contact center application development, along with the ability to work across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Bedrock.
Develop and configure IVR call flows, contact flows, routing strategies, and conversational AI solutions.
Integrate Amazon Connect with Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Bedrock, APIs, and other AWS services.
Develop application components and integrations using Python.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
Participate in application design and architecture discussions and document technical decisions.
Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and implement enhancements and fixes.
Develop and execute test strategies and troubleshoot application defects.
Monitor and resolve production issues and recommend preventive solutions to improve system reliability.
Create technical documentation, training materials, support procedures, and knowledge-base documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
