Overview: We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong experience in workstation deployment, operating system support, and independent troubleshooting. This role focuses on imaging, hardware upgrades, Windows 7/10 support, and providing reliable customer service while working primarily with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities Desktop Deployment & Imaging Image and deploy devices using enterprise imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, Ghost, or similar solutions.Perform operating sys
