Role: Endpoint Project Manager– End User Computing & O365 Migration

Background and Introduction
Endpoint Technology Digital Workspaces urgently requires an IT Project/Program manager for the
implementation of Microsoft Copilot per the ELT
NOTE: For this position, the requirement is 8-10 years of experience in the areas highlighted in red in the
job description (Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot,
Azure Active Directory), migration to Microsoft), instead of a general PM.
• Creates Process Flow documents
• Create for measurables and tracking project
• Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management
• Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network
infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability
into design and implementation
• Provide team with data analysis digital collaboration, experience, O365 upgrades 160K machines
that needed to be upgraded prior to user migration to Office 365, and review and analysis of
user information to schedule weekly migrations.
• Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
• White glove treatment for ELT O365
• Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure
minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
• Coordination of migration issues/concerns with Service Desk, and other groups impacted by
both machine upgrades and user migrations
• Support Google Workspace
• Oversight and technical project management of workstreams which focus on Unified Endpoint
Management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management,
Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory).
• Provide analysis and recognize areas of potential risk, schedule slippage.
• Work with several cross functional teams and organizations
• Be able to create content, PowerPoint or executive or peer presentable material without
extensive rework by others.
• Track actions, record detailed meeting minutes, assign, and follow up with responsible parties
and stakeholders on action plans.
