About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MES Business Analyst to collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to support ongoing MES programs. This role plays a central part in training new MES users, creating learning materials, and ensuring smooth adoption of updated MES processes across the organization. You will serve as a bridge between business teams and technical teams-translating business needs into clear MES requirements and helping users understand new workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Work with business stakeholders to define MES technology strategies and functional requirements.
- Map current state, future state MES processes and identify gaps (inputs, outputs, controls, data sources, conversions).
- Develop user-friendly training materials and deliver MES training sessions for new users.
- Support change readiness by preparing end users for upcoming MES releases.
- Translate technical MES concepts into clear, accessible guidance for business teams and operators.
- Define configuration requirements for MES enhancements and workflow adjustments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, IT) throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with a recent emphasis on MES programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level manufacturing environments.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare documentation, map processes, and define MES configuration needs.
Preferred Qualifications- Medical device experience.
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training materials.
- Understanding of data inputs, outputs, system controls, and MES workflows.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
