Description We are looking for a Proposal Development Specialist for a contract opportunity. This person will help lead the development of high quality RFI and RFP responses for large account opportunities, and help manage the full proposal process from planning and cross functional collaboration through writing and delivery.

Location: Seattle, WA | Can be 100% remote, Pacific time hours
Hours per week: 40
Duration: 3 months to start
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple RFP and RFI responses simultaneously under tight deadlines, delivering clear, compelling, and accurate proposals
- Partner cross functionally with leadership and key stakeholders to develop strategic, client focused solutions
- Support new business growth and retention of strategic accounts through high quality proposal execution
- Serve as a subject matter resource on products, operations, and services, ensuring proposal content remains current and accurate
- Maintain and update proposal content libraries and support special sales initiatives as needed
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional business writing experience, including RFP and RFI responses
- Experience in healthcare or health insurance preferred
- Strong project leadership and cross functional collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Experience with RFP software and presentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly
