Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program-level planning, cross-functional delivery, and large-scale systems initiatives and a proven ability to deliver complex programs on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risks.


• Lead program-level strategic planning and engage with executive management for decision making and alignment.


• Resolve complex issues, communicate transparently, and foster team cohesion and performance.


• Manage internal exempt, matrixed employees and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements meeting requirements.


• Oversee scope and requirements, estimates, schedules, budgets, and status reporting across multiple teams.


• Drive risk and issue management, contingency planning, and stakeholder communications across organizational levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project estimating, scheduling, and tracking in large organizations.


• Customer interaction and stakeholder management with clear communication.


• People management and team building with matrixed teams.


• Ability to adapt judgment in changing environments and manage competing priorities.


• Fast learner of business processes and effective partner engagement at multiple levels.


• Risk assessment and application of management principles to technology and business functions.


• Delivery experience in large-scale, multi-platform environments.


• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.


• PMP or PMI certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions at scale.


• Background in implementation planning within enterprise environments.
