Description:

Position: Advisor Data Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ month contract

***W2 Contract***No C2C***

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in programming or data analysis.
  • Strong background in data administration, repository management, database creation, and data warehousing standards.
  • Hands-on experience with HEDIS, Health Quality, and PHM data.
  • Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HEDIS data from claims, medical records, and EHRs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with security software, domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.
  • Familiarity with relevant programming languages and relational databases.
  • Experience configuring and installing operating systems and application software.

Preferred Skills
  • Ability to stay current with HEDIS specification changes and ensure compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare data environments and population health initiatives.
