Job Description

12+ month contract opportunity for a Technical Writer supporting an enterprise AI initiative
Hybrid schedule based in Egg Harbor, NJ (onsite with 2 days remote per week)
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for AI tools and processes
Develop training materials covering both general AI concepts and specific platforms such as Microsoft Copilot
Produce content in multiple formats, including written guides, PowerPoint presentations, and interactive training materials
Leverage AI tools to help create and enhance training content and documentation
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand materials for end users
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment
Support adoption efforts by creating engaging communication and training resources
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms is preferred but not required
Ideal Background:
Technical writing experience supporting IT, software, or AI-related initiatives
Strong written and visual communication skills
Experience creating training materials beyond Word (PowerPoint, digital tools, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools and interest in emerging technologies
