Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Principal ServiceNow Consultant to join our practice as a strategic leader and advisor. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow and a strong background in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with CIOs, business leaders, and SMEs to drive transformation initiatives and optimize ServiceNow capabilities across health systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Sr. Practice Principal for ServiceNow, providing strategic direction and thought leadership
  • Lead and advise on ServiceNow-driven digital transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations
  • Engage with CIOs, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals
  • Assess current systems and design scalable, future-ready ServiceNow architectures
  • Guide implementation, optimization, and innovation across ServiceNow modules
  • Stay current with the evolving ServiceNow ecosystem, particularly within the healthcare domain
  • Mentor internal teams and contribute to practice growth and capability development

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, or architecture
  • Proven track record of transforming healthcare systems using ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory environments
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership (CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex transformation programs
  • Deep knowledge of current trends and future direction of ServiceNow in healthcare

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent advanced certifications)
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules in healthcare settings
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
