Job Title: Senior Practice Principal – Oracle ERP (Healthcare)

Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and engaging Senior Practice Principal – Oracle ERP with a strong focus on the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for a senior leader who has successfully driven transformation initiatives across healthcare systems using Oracle ERP solutions and can provide strategic direction aligned with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand the Oracle ERP practice with a primary focus on healthcare clients
Drive end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation programs for healthcare systems
Engage with executive stakeholders, including CIOs and SMEs, to define ERP strategy and roadmap
Act as a trusted advisor on Oracle ERP capabilities, innovation, and best practices in healthcare
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams
Support business development, solutioning, and client delivery excellence

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting with strong leadership experience
Proven track record of transforming healthcare systems using Oracle ERP
Deep understanding of the current direction, capabilities, and roadmap of Oracle ERP, especially within healthcare
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience leading large-scale enterprise ERP implementations

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a Practice Leadership / Principal Consultant role
Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Supply Chain, HCM)
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
