Account Manager Offshore Projects (IT Services)

About the Role
We re looking for a proactive, relationshipdriven Account Manager who Brings direct client to our
offshore project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client engagement, project oversight, and crosscultural collaboration. You ll serve as the primary liaison between our US clients and our offshore delivery teams, ensuring smooth communication, ontime delivery, and longterm account success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday communication with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated needs
- Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and additional services
- Monitor project performance, escalate risks, and drive issue resolution
- Prepare and deliver status reports, performance metrics, and account reviews
- Collaborate with internal leadership to align delivery strategies with client expectations
- Support proposal development, SOW creation, and contract renewals
Required Qualifications
- 3 7 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination within IT services or software development
- Proven experience working with offshore or distributed teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT delivery processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Indiabased or global offshore delivery models
- Background in staffing, consulting, or managed services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings (if required)
