DescriptionSeeking a Level 2 Onsite Support Technician based in the Norwalk, CT area who can travel to nearby client locations as needed, including Trumbull, Stamford, and Danbury. That will serve as the primary onsite technical resource for one of our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, customer-focused, and solutions-driven technician who feels comfortable supporting users in person across all levels of the organization.
You will own the day-to-day onsite support experience while maintaining strong alignment with the Service Desk. This role requires someone who is proactive, personable, and highly effective at troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Preferred certifications: A+, Network +, Windows Desktop
- Preferred work experience: Managed Service Provider or consulting environment
- Preferred systems experience: ConnectWise, Automate Control and Manage
- Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Comfortable multi-tasking
- Comfortable with being CompassMSP representative while onsite with clients
- Require a valid driver's license

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.75 - $27.00/hr.
