Job Title: Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract (W2)
Schedule: 9–5 EST
Role Overview
This role involves leading large-scale infrastructure projects, including network and cabling initiatives, vendor coordination, and ongoing infrastructure programs. There is also a key focus on asset management and device lifecycle management projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects across departments
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with technical teams, business units, and leadership
• Oversee vendors supporting network/cabling and infrastructure deployments
• Track project progress, risks, and financials
• Support infrastructure initiatives including telecom, cabling, and network systems
• Contribute to device lifecycle management and asset management initiatives
Key Requirements
• 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong experience with infrastructure projects (network, cabling, telecom)
• Experience with asset management / device lifecycle / IT operations
• Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow)
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
