What You’ll Do
Architect comprehensive tax strategies and compliance frameworks for a sophisticated portfolio of individual and corporate entities.
Direct the preparation and rigorous review of complex federal filings, including 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 709 returns.
Synthesize intricate tax research into actionable advisory insights, ensuring clients navigate evolving regulations with confidence.
Champion the development of junior associates by providing high-level mentorship, technical guidance, and quality control oversight.
Cultivate enduring partnerships with diverse stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant on multifaceted financial and fiscal matters.
Drive organizational excellence by maintaining peak technical standards and preparing to take on official signing responsibilities for the firm.

What You Bring
Credentialed Expertise: An active CPA license is mandatory to meet the firm''s professional standards.
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Tenured Experience: At least 10–14 years of progressive experience within a public accounting environment, specifically focused on high-level tax functions.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in auditing, preparing, and finalizing complex tax returns across various business structures.
Analytical Prowess: A proven ability to solve sophisticated tax challenges through deep-dive research and strategic problem-solving.
Communication Excellence: The ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients and staff with clarity and persuasion.
