Junior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Project Manager in New York, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support technology deployments and project coordination across our organization. This role will assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day project activities while helping ensure smooth delivery of end-user device deployments and related support tasks.

In this position, you will help coordinate project work, track progress, document updates, and support communication across teams. You'll also assist with basic device setup, troubleshooting, and onsite deployment activities, while maintaining accurate records and providing professional customer service. The role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or related work
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Experience with Agile or healthcare environments is a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
