Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Note: Candidates with strong core banking implementation experience on other platforms may also be considered, even if they do not have direct Finxact or FIS MBP experience.
- Participate in core banking implementation, modernization, and transformation projects.
- Work on Finxact, FIS Modern Banking Platform (MBP), or other core banking applications.
- Support business analysis, technical analysis, application development, testing, and implementation activities based on the assigned role.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support data conversion, migration, integration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including deployment and post-implementation support.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Application Developer
- Application Tester / QA Engineer
- Strong, recent, hands-on experience delivering core banking implementation projects.
- Experience with one or more core banking platforms, preferably Finxact or FIS Modern Banking Platform (MBP).
- Experience in one or more of the following roles:
- Business Analyst (BA)
- Technical Analyst
- Application Developer
- Application Tester / QA Engineer
- Experience working on multiple core banking implementations is highly preferred.
- For Business Analysts and Technical Analysts, experience with full-lifecycle implementations, including data conversion, migration, and cutover, is important.
- Ability to contribute to project delivery and mobilize quickly as required.
- Recent hands-on experience with Finxact or FIS MBP.
- Experience with FIS Systematics or legacy core banking modernization.
- Understanding of core banking products, processes, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience supporting cloud-native core banking platforms and transformation initiatives.
- Experience with banking data migration, conversion validation, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
