Clearance/Suitability: MBI / Moderate-Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) – must be able to obtain and maintain

Required Experience:

6+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 2+ years of Federal experience.
Recent hands-on enterprise ServiceNow/ESM experience within the past 3 years in a comparable Federal environment.
Translate business requirements into technical designs.
Design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Strong configuration and customization experience.
Perform code and design reviews.
Troubleshoot complex production issues.
Optimize record queries and platform performance.
Design secure applications and integrations.
Manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
Experience with ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-related platform functionality.

Key Skillsets:
ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, UI Builder/Workspaces, platform security, and performance optimization.

Certifications:

Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred for applicable domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM.
