Summary

We are seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to support day-to-day operations of a mission-critical data center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, hardware support, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily data center operations, monitoring, and incident resolution
Perform rack & stack, cabling, and hardware installation/decommissioning
Provide L1/L2 support for servers, storage, and networking devices
Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Maintain documentation and monitor power/cooling systems

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Data Center Operations / IT Infrastructure Support
Hands-on with servers (Dell, HP, IBM), storage, and networking equipment
Experience with Windows & Linux environments
Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networking
Experience with monitoring tools and ServiceNow

Preferred Skills:

Experience with VMware / Hyper-V
Exposure to Cloud or Hybrid environments
Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft

Additional Requirements:

Must be open to rotational shifts
Onsite role no remote option
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
