Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Administer and support network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain cybersecurity measures, including anti-virus, intrusion detection, and data loss prevention.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the manufacturing facility.
• Oversee data backup and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Manage and maintain manufacturing-specific IT systems, such as MES, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
• Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware preferred).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) networks.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing context (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
• Certification in relevant industrial automation technologies.
