Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data.
• Oversee data backups and disaster recovery planning for critical systems.
• Manage and maintain industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) infrastructure.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and inventory for compliance and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand system needs and optimize IT solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualized platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and experience with firewalls, VPNs, and industrial control systems (ICS) networking.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, and routine system monitoring and troubleshooting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing context (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
