Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing efficiency and growth.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and software integrations.
• Ensure the security and integrity of manufacturing data and intellectual property.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding IT systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and data management relevant to operational technology (OT).
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation technologies (SCADA, PLC, MES).
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
