Overview
Apex Systems is seeking
Business Analyst professionals to support ERP projects and enhancements for an enterprise healthcare client. This role is a
functional and technical BA focused primarily on
Workforce Management, with heavy emphasis on requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (primary focus)
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
- Analyze impacts of ERP system changes and enhancements
- Create test plans and test scripts; support SIT and UAT cycles
- Partner with business stakeholders, product, and Agile delivery teams
- Coordinate with global and offshore teams
Required Experience
- Strong business requirements gathering experience
- ERP experience required (Infor preferred, not required)
- Workforce Management or Payroll process experience preferred
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Experience working with offshore/global teams
