Overview
Apex Systems is seeking a
Scrum Master to support ERP projects and enhancements for one of our enterprise healthcare clients. This role is heavily focused on leading Agile delivery teams and ensuring consistent sprint execution across ERP functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for ERP delivery teams supporting projects and enhancements
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as appropriate
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery commitments
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and sprint-ready
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Required / Preferred Experience
- Strong Scrum Master experience (CSM or SAFe certification preferred)
- ERP experience required (Infor preferred, but not required)
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Experience working with global and/or offshore teams
Functional Exposure
Experience supporting
at least one of the following ERP areas:
- Workforce Management
- Finance
- Supply Chain
