We are seeking a Delivery Lead with over five years of experience to oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and alignment with financial objectives. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Plan, execute, and close projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure project alignment with financial objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Report and present project status to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Agile frameworks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira), Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis), and experience with mobile application functionality or projects.
Professional Skills:- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $64.54 per hour.
