to lead enterprise endpoint management initiatives across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing modern device management platforms while driving automation, security, and large-scale Windows deployments.

Architect, administer, and optimize enterprise MECM/SCCM infrastructure, including CAS, primary/secondary sites, Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), Distribution Points (DPs), Management Points (MPs), and Software Update Points (SUP).

Design and manage site hierarchies, boundary groups, content distribution, and high-availability configurations.

Lead OS deployments, image engineering, task sequence development, application packaging, and enterprise-scale software distribution.

Design and execute Windows OS and third-party patch management strategies, including testing, deployment rings, and compliance tracking.

Implement and manage Microsoft Intune modern management across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Enable and operate MECM Intune co-management for hybrid endpoint control.

Design and deploy Windows Autopilot solutions for zero-touch provisioning, device lifecycle management, and remote onboarding.

Enforce enterprise endpoint security using BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Defender, configuration baselines, compliance policies, and conditional access.

Develop PowerShell automation for deployments, monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to monitor infrastructure health, client compliance, deployment success, and endpoint posture.

Perform advanced troubleshooting of MECM client/server issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment failures.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated endpoint solutions.

Support production operations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise MECM/SCCM administration, architecture, and support.

Deep expertise in SCCM site hierarchy design, role configuration, boundary groups, content distribution, and deployment models.

Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and co-management architectures.

Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, orchestration, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and hybrid identity models.

Proven experience with Windows 11 deployment, upgrade, and lifecycle management.

Experience working in hybrid cloud environments with on-prem and Azure-integrated systems.
