Onsite EPIC Enrollment Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for an EPIC Enrollment Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is onsite 5 days per week.

Position Details:
* Executive Health/Concierge Medicine program
* High-volume enrollment initiative (2000+ patients)
* Patient-facing with administrative and coordination responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding concierge services
* Send enrollment materials, payment links, and program information
* Process and confirm patient enrollments
* Support patient check-in and coverage during breaks
* Assist with patient chaperoning and overall experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required
* Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant, High-End Sales, PSR, or Enrollment Specialist
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (professional grammar required)
* Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed instructions
* 2 completed supervisor references

Preferred:
* Experience with CS-Link/Epic
* Understanding of medical terminology

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
