Department OverviewMotorola Solutions, Inc.
Job Description- Conduct research into developing mission-critical public safety technologies, including radio and app messaging, voice command virtual assistant technologies, and smart radios.
- Lead end-to-end user research by planning, creating, and executing diverse qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product strategy, feature prioritization, and usability standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of design concepts by providing guidance on user interface design considerations for complex systems.
- Lead AI initiatives across the Experience Design & Research organization, including developing best practices for human-AI interaction, creating prompt templates, and sharing new methodologies that accelerate the research and design process.
- Effectively communicate complex research insights and design recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the United States.
- Up to 10 % domestic travel required.
Target Base Salary Range: $75,150 - $150,000 USD
