Mixed Methods Researcher with a strong track record of designing and executing end-to-end research strategies that support innovation, discovery, and early-stage concept development. This individual is fluent in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and excels at translating ambiguous problem spaces into structured learning plans that drive strategic decision-making.
This role will be focused on supporting a
visual refresh of a mobile banking application, with an emphasis on usability, clarity, and trust within a high-stakes financial context.
MUST HAVE Skills- PORTFOLIO
- 5-10 years of UX research in enterprise
- Qualitative research - portfolio showcasing
- Quantitative research
- Usability testing
Nice to Haves- Experience within financial services and/or banking
- Ability to partner effectively with Design Systems teams to evaluate component usability, visual consistency, and system-level experience quality across touchpoints
- Strong understanding of mobile interaction patterns, platform conventions, and accessibility standards
- Experience evaluating visual and brand expression through research, including how design impacts trust, clarity, accessibility, and emotional response-particularly in financial products

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
