Contract Length: 18mo

Pay Rate: $69 - $74
Top Requirements:
  • 6+ years of project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 6+ years of vendor management and supplier coordination, including data analysis and trend reporting
  • 6+ years of ordering and inventory management experience, including working with procurement, finance, and hardware suppliers
  • Plusses:
    • Network hardware ordering experience with major suppliers
    • Financial/budget management experience (P&L, asset depreciation, forecasting)
    • Network engineering background or understanding of networking technologies
    Job Summary:

    In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning within Network Engineering. The role involves analyzing complex, multi-faceted, and long-term challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including ambiguity and unprecedented scenarios. You will contribute to resolving complex issues, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborate strategically with stakeholders and client personnel.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary intake point for network hardware requests from engineers
    • Manage hardware ordering lifecycle including coordination with procurement, finance, and vendors
    • Track and manage inventory, including forecasting, drawdowns, and reporting
    • Analyze vendor data, identify trends, and present insights to stakeholders
    • Work with suppliers to improve delivery timelines and order efficiency
    • Provide weekly reporting and metrics on orders, inventory, and vendor performance
    • Develop strong understanding of Wells Fargo tools, processes, and procedures
    • Support budgeting activities, including asset tracking and financial coordination
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
    • Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize processes and decision-making
