The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a visionary ServiceNow Technical Lead to spearhead the evolution of Master Data Management (MDM) systems. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex business objectives and sophisticated technical execution, serving as the primary architect for vendor-domain solutions. You will be instrumental in building a secure, high-velocity data ecosystem that empowers enterprise decision-making.

This is a premier opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on engineering, ensuring our client’s digital infrastructure is both resilient and future-proof.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect comprehensive ServiceNow blueprints for MDM applications, focusing specifically on optimizing vendor domains and custom application configurations.

  • Engineer robust integration pathways between ServiceNow and cloud-based data environments (such as Snowflake and AWS S3) utilizing advanced API protocols and Integration Hub.

  • Champion the full delivery lifecycle, translating high-level product roadmaps into technical requirements and actionable Agile user stories.

  • Synthesize business needs with technical constraints to produce scalable, secure, and compliant data models that adhere to global governance standards.

  • Direct a high-performing technical squad, providing mentorship to developers and administrators while maintaining a "lead-by-example" approach with 50% hands-on development.

  • Cultivate influential relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, rapid adoption, and sustained platform excellence.

  • Advocate for continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to automate workflows and mitigate architectural risks.

What You Bring

  • Extensive Technical Pedigree: Over five years of deep expertise in ServiceNow systems integration and the development of bespoke modules.

  • MDM Mastery: Proven track record in Master Data Management, including sophisticated data modeling and the enforcement of governance frameworks.

  • Cloud Fluency: Advanced proficiency in AWS-centric data platforms, including the design of secure pipelines and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Integration Prowess: Expert-level command of REST/SOAP services and ServiceNow’s architectural schema.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse technical teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments with executive presence.

  • Compliance Literacy: Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA) within cloud and enterprise landscapes.

  • Certified Excellence: Possession of an active TOGAF certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Agile Mindset: Deep familiarity with DevOps methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative delivery environment.
