We are looking for a Data Center Migration Project manager to spearhead a massive, multi-workstream network deployment for a brand-new facility.

Location: Richmond, VA (Local/Regional candidates preferred)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site 1 2 days a week)
Interview Process: Web Cam + Required In-Person Interview

Position Overview

You will lead the end-to-end planning, technical requirements gathering, and installation of complex network technology for a brand-new facility build-out. You will manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with senior IT leadership, and oversee teams to ensure a flawless operational transition.

Core Position Requirements (Must-Haves)

To be considered for this role, your resume must explicitly show:

Active PMP Certification is mandatory.
10+ Years of overall Project Management experience.
10+ Years of experience regularly engaging with Senior IT Leadership (CIO, CTO, etc.).
3+ Years (Minimum 1 project) leading a physical IT Network Buildout for a New Facility. (Crucial: This must be detailed on your resume).
3+ Years managing complex, multi-workstream technical projects.
Compliance: Must be willing to obtain a standard state PM qualification within 2 weeks of starting (provided at no cost).

Highly Desired Skills (Big Plus)

Experience with Data Center Migrations.
Experience with Facility IT Project Management & Relocations.
Familiarity with building or reviewing a Network Bill of Materials (BOM).
