Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP S/4HANA FI/CO PMMO/GPD Subject Matter Expert on behalf of our client in the United States. This role requires deep expertise in Material Costing and Plan-to-Perform (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation initiative, driving finance and manufacturing integration and delivering high-impact SAP solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions with a focus on finance and manufacturing integration
Drive and support Plan-to-Perform (P2P) processes using SAP PMMO/GPD
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
Manage and enhance Material Costing processes within SAP S/4HANA
Partner with cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
Contribute to enterprise-wide S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide expert guidance and lead solution design discussions with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO
Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA PMMO (Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization) and/or GPD
Strong experience in Material Costing within SAP
Proven experience integrating SAP Finance with manufacturing processes
Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead functional discussions and solution design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry
Strong understanding of Plan-to-Perform (P2P) processes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
