Summary

Transition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end transition of Application Management Services (AMS) for the Oracle Fusions apps ecosystem in scope . This role is pivotal in ensuring business continuity, service excellence, and the effective integration of AMS processes, systems, and personnel across HCM, SCM, ERP and Technical tracks

Job Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of relevant transition experience, specifically in managing application transitions. Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems is strongly preferred.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership abilities and outstanding communication skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams and fostering strong relationships among stakeholders.
Extensive experience across the entire application transition lifecycle, including project initiation, resource planning, and milestone tracking.
Proficiency in establishing, measuring, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure all aspects of the transition process remain on schedule.
Proven capability in navigating complex environments and coordinating transition activities involving outgoing vendors, business units, IT, and external partners.
Comprehensive knowledge of knowledge transfer processes, including documentation management, workflow supervision, and system access administration to guarantee seamless onboarding.
Background in compliance-driven settings, ensuring that security, privacy, and organizational policies are rigorously maintained throughout the transition process.
