Review requirements, message routing, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, real-time data streaming, queries, error handling, logging, reliability, scalability, performing tuning, capacity, containerization, sprints, bottlenecks, logs, metrics, test automation frameworks, security, backend services, design patterns, architectural best practices, parameter optimization. Confer with product management, decompose epics into stories, troubleshoot, code, perform unit, functional, and integration testing. Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and API specifications. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing components; reviewing requirements, sprints, metrics, security, code; performing integration testing; maintaining technical documentation; using Splunk, Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Hibernate, Oracle, RESTful, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Junit, Agile, Jenkins, Microservices, Mockito, SonarQube, Maven, Tomcat. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150/yr.
