RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager III to join their team in San Diego, CA.
Overview:
The Marketing Manager will support the Above the Line (ATL/Brand) media team. This role will contribute to media strategies across brand channels - including Partnerships, Linear TV, Streaming, Online Video, Audio, OOH, and emerging platforms - in support of the client's brand advertising strategy. This role reports to the Staff Marketing Manager of Brand Media Strategy and is based in San Diego, CA.
In close partnership with our media AOR and cross-functional teams, this role will develop and execute breakthrough campaigns grounded in consumer insight, data (including MMM), and a "test and learn" mindset. This role will help expand our reach, engage more diverse communities, and evolve the client's position in the US - through industry-leading best practices, research, analytics, and bold thinking. They will work with senior management, analytics, brand, PR, Influencer, and performance media teams to build the vision, shape strategy, evolve measurement, and deliver impactful consumer intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Planning & Strategy - Support the AOR in developing strategic media plans. Leverage consumer/market insights and trends to build hypothesis-driven GTM strategies that deliver on business objectives
* Activation - Support 360-degree campaign activation, ensuring media execution aligns with overall strategy and amplifying buys with out-of-the-box thinking
* Measurement - Partner with analytics and agency teams to design, track, and improve media effectiveness frameworks including brand lift, MMM inputs, and cross-channel KPI reporting; Translate results into actionable insights and planning recommendations
* Competitive & Market Analysis - Monitor competitive messaging and media activity, draw strategic implications, and develop contingency plans with business partners
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
* 6+ years of experience in strategic media planning, marketing analytics, and/or consumer insights with strong brand media experience
* Experience working with or alongside a media agency; agency background a plus
* Strong understanding of media buying, KPI development, and research across Linear TV, Streaming, Audio, and OOH
* Familiarity with MMM, brand lift, and cross-channel attribution methodologies
* Demonstrated ability to support large-scale marketing strategies that drive brand consideration and growth
* Ability to identify large-scale sponsorship and partnership opportunities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
