Location: Dallas, Texas (Must be local)
Schedule: Remote but has 1 week onsite each quarter for PI Planning
Length: 12+ Month W2 Contract
Role Overview
This position requires a candidate to serve as a thought leader for technical business processes. The role involves developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels. The successful candidate will drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through the evaluation of real-time data.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
- Author and update internal and external documentation.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Create and implement management plans for every project.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure usability.
- Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development. Experience in generating process documentation and reports is also required.
Technical Skills: High proficiency with Jira and experience with Accessibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
- Extensive experience with data visualization.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
