Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of small to medium-sized Agile projects for US-based clients. The role involves leading cross-functional and distributed teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute Agile projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget
Lead cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to ensure seamless delivery
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align expectations and priorities
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Manage client communication and governance, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and ad hoc updates for senior leadership
Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and client requirements
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization

Functional Experience & Skills

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent Agile projects with large distributed teams
Strong experience working with US clients in an onshore–offshore delivery model
Hands-on experience in client relationship management for time-and-material (T&M) contracts, including scope and budget discussions
Expertise in resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus
6+ years of overall project management experience preferred
