Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate Technical Project Manager with strong project management fundamentals and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (MPP), along with solid business acumen to successfully drive projects from initiation to completion.

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Utilize tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (MPP) for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
• Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews

• Strong foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
