We are seeking a proactive and analytical IT Systems Support Specialist to provide critical onsite technical support for our new Distributed Order Management System (DOMS). This system is the backbone of our prescription fulfillment operations across the Mail Order pharmacy network. responsibilities:
System Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems and mail-order production applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and system incidents to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute complex system configurations to meet operational requirements.
- Assist technical, project, and cross-functional teams to resolve application-specific issues.
Monitoring & Operational Stability - Monitor system stability, performance, and availability (including applications, networks, databases, and storage) to identify problems or trends.
- Proactively identify and recommend ways to address system improvement opportunities.
- Escalate identified issues, risks, or problems to lead administrators and technical teams according to established processes.
Collaboration & Documentation - Create, maintain, and meticulously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.
- Communicate progress, updates, and system information clearly to product users, teammates, and suppliers.
- Pursue self-development by seeking feedback, sharing knowledge with coworkers, and adapting quickly to system changes.

2-4 years of relevant IT support, systems administration, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
